This award is granted to an exemplary Traffic Safety Education teacher currently engaged in teaching TSE in the classroom, behind-the-wheel or both.

Clayton Williams, Alex Hansen, Frank Rexus, Wayne Parkin,Mike Shephard, Liz Taylor, Skeet Gaul and Deb Grenier, David Slipp, Fred Kellogg, Kathy Quidwai and Martha Verhei, Yusuf Quidwai, Terry Bonny from Wahkiakum High School, and this year's winner was James Brooke from Arlington High School.
TSE Distinguished Service Award:
This award is granted to someone who has shown outstanding service to or in Traffic Safety Education. The recipient of the Distinguished Service Award is not currently teaching, but rather supports the mission of TSE in the capacity as an Administrator, Legislator, Program Manager, Coordinator, Lobbyist, Citizen Activist, or other supportive role. Previous recipients include: Dr. Gary Bloomfield, Clyde McBrayer, Murray Webb, Dale Stedman, John Harvey, Dave Bradley, Syd Muzzy, Ron Hales, Sharon Foster, Scott Calahan, Jack Blaine,Tana Cochran, Angie Ward and J.C. Fawcett, Jonna VanDyke, Teri Gaul, Alex Hansen and Mischelle Davis, Dave Hayes and Christine Kilduff for supportive work on ESHB 1481, and this year's award went to State Representative s Dan Steward from ESD 113.
